ABOUT

National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, one of the most prestigious technical institutions in the country and "DATANETIIX SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LTD", a fast growing US based software development company together present you a Hackathon competition, in this New Year. This perfect collaboration brings to you a golden opportunity to test your creative and coding skills. The winners will be bagging cash prizes & certificates. All the participants will be issued participating certificates.

Organized as part of the First International Conference on Intelligent Solutions for Emergency Response and Disaster Management (ISERDM-2023), the NIT-Datanetiix Hackathon will be on 9th and 10th January 2023. It will be conducted in Offline mode on campus of NIT, Tiruchirappalli.

This hackathon gives you the platform to showcase your innovation capabilities - to find new, creative solutions to existing problems. We have a great experience lined up for the budding developers. We are conducting the contest in the following domains: Application development, Machine learning, Data Science, IT/Web security to solve real world problems across multiple verticals.

App Development

With Software development, we can deliver innovative digital solutions for a comprehensive range of clients/users across various industries.

Machine Learning

Today Machine Learning is one of the most prominent accelerators of every aspect of a business, from Chatbots being set up to enhance customer experiences to AI-driven platforms being forced to automate sales processes and business operations, to improve performance, and to accomplish outstanding experience by developing AI-based enterprise solutions.

Data Science

Data Science solutions support clients to build innovative experiences for their stakeholders, that let analytics and AI teams across enterprises to swiftly develop and implement custom machine learning models for scalable innovation to enhance their business processes and provide data-driven insights that lead to substantial outcomes.

IT/ Web Security

Cybersecurity measures are designed to protect networked systems and applications against threats that originate from inside and outside of an organization. They recognize potential threats and collaborate with internal network teams to ensure the closure of vulnerabilities.

FAQs

Rs. 500 for 2 participants

The registration fee covers the food and refreshments for the participants during the event.

All undergraduate students who are currently pursuing their Bachelors degree, i.e. BSc. BCA, BBA, BCom, BE, BTech, etc.

Only 2 per team

No Prerequisites. Participants are expected to be passionate about coding and application development.

Only open source softwares

You will be provided a desktop system at the lab facility in NIT, Tiruchirappalli.

You are requested to bring your own laptops and other required gadgets.

The shortlisting is based on the idea proposed by the participants. We welcome fresh, innovative and novel ideas that align with any of the four verticals.

The Hackathon will be conducted completely in Offline mode, on the campus of NIT, Tiruchirappalli during 9th and 10th Jan 2023.

The duration of the Hackathon will be 28 hours. It will start at 12.00 noon on 9th Jan 2023 and end by 4.00 PM on 10th Jan 2023. During the event, the participants are required to stay on the campus of NIT, Tiruchirappalli.
